1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jk8asia ("the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the jk8asia website located at jk8asia.win, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, account services, and related features (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing jk8asia, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplemental policies incorporated by reference, including the jk8asia Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jk8asia accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via supported payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and FPX online banking. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed in the deposit section of your jk8asia account. jk8asia reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. jk8asia does not charge fees for standard e-wallet withdrawals. Processing times vary by payment method. jk8asia reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any fraud, AML, or responsible gaming investigation. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jk8asia are denominated in MYR. jk8asia is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jk8asia offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and other conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general principles apply to all jk8asia bonuses:

6. Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets available on jk8asia are governed by game-specific rules displayed within the game interface or betting market. In the event of a discrepancy between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game.

Game outcomes on the jk8asia platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) for software-based games and by live dealer procedures for live casino games, both of which are independently audited for fairness and compliance. jk8asia does not manipulate game outcomes. The house edge applicable to each game is disclosed in accordance with standard gaming industry practice.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, jk8asia reserves the right to void bets placed during the affected period and return stakes to players. jk8asia shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jk8asia. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per individual.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account.

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jk8asia platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jk8asia shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures beyond jk8asia's reasonable control.

jk8asia's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your jk8asia account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

jk8asia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time and without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or that such action is necessary to protect jk8asia, its other players, or third parties. Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to your nominated payment method following completion of any outstanding investigations.

12. Amendments

jk8asia reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jk8asia platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming jurisdiction law as determined by jk8asia's licensing authority. In the event of a dispute between you and jk8asia arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming authority. Nothing in this clause prevents jk8asia from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
